Installations & Repairs
Sprinkler Plus provides the labor and materials to repair or replace all sprinkler system components under warranty for ONE (1) YEAR from the date of new installation, repair or upgrade.
Exclusive to Sprinkler Plus
We're the only Tri-Cities company to offer a Freeze Free Warranty. If any component of your sprinkler system is damaged due to freezing after we winterize it, we'll repair or replace it at no cost to you.*
These are the same warranties Sprinkler Plus uses for every customer.
Any repairs or modifications by any company other than Sprinkler Plus will void your warranty. We proudly use contractor-grade Hunter® and Rain Bird® products to ensure quality and durability.
48-hour repair turnaround. We guarantee a 48-hour repair turnaround on all warranty claims from the date we receive notification.
Warranty period lasts from completion of winterization to completion of activation. Any damage that takes place or is identified outside of that period is not covered.
Winterization must take place prior to the first hard freeze of the season.
Sprinkler Plus must complete the entire winterization including shutting off and draining the water at the sprinkler shutoff valve inside the house. If the homeowner completes this portion themselves, warranty is void.
During the warranty period, any work performed on the sprinkler system or shutoff valve by anyone other than Sprinkler Plus will void warranty.
Sprinkler Plus must perform system Activation for warranty to remain valid. If the shutoff valve has been turned on prior to activation for any reason, warranty is void.
Occasionally following winterization, heads may be “stuck” up. This is normal — usually caused by fine debris blocking retraction. A gentle tap resolves it. These heads are not considered damaged and won't be replaced under warranty.
Warranty will not cover damage caused by the sprinkler shutoff or stop/waste valve failing and allowing water back into the winterized system. It is the customer's responsibility to periodically check the drain to ensure no water is entering.
Sprinkler Plus is not responsible for property damage due to water exiting the drain inside the house. The drain cap is left partially open through winter to prevent re-fill in the event of shutoff failure; customers should periodically check it.
The drain cap will not be left partially open if the drain is located in a finished wall or hard-to-access area where immediate damage could occur. In that case, the customer should periodically remove the cap through winter to ensure no water is present.
