A few things to know first
Please read through our booking, arrival, and pricing policies before selecting a time.
Arrival window, not exact time
The appointment time you select is a booking slot — not an exact arrival time. On the day of service you'll receive a text with a 3-hour arrival window plus live tracking updates as your technician heads your way.
$50 no-show fee
If our technician arrives and no one is available, a $50 no-show fee applies. Please make sure gates are unlocked, pets are secured, and we have access to your irrigation controllers before the arrival window begins.
Free estimates — when they apply
Free estimates are provided only for new irrigation installations, large landscaping projects, and full system revamps. All other service calls carry an $85–$95 diagnostic / show-up fee covering technician travel, on-site diagnosis, and a repair estimate.
Card processing fee
Card payments may include a processing fee of approximately 3%. Paying by check or bank transfer avoids the fee.
Outlying areas — call first
Customers in Prosser, Walla Walla, or other outlying areas: please contact the office directly before booking. These jobs require special scheduling and travel pricing that can't be handled through online booking — (509) 502-3001.
