Founded in 2015 by Jonathan Norris, Sprinkler Plus is a family-owned irrigation, landscape and arborist company based in the Tri-Cities.
Today we employ around 10 members of the local community — professionally uniformed, regularly trained, and backed by a $2 million insurance policy.

Frequently Asked Questions
We run scheduled routes Monday through Sunday across Kennewick, Pasco, Richland, West Richland, and out into Benton, Franklin & Walla Walla Counties — plus Hermiston, Umatilla and Pendleton across Eastern Oregon.
A $50 no-show fee applies if we arrive for a scheduled appointment and can't access the system or reach anyone on site. We'll always text ahead so you know when the tech is on the way.
New installation and landscaping estimates are free. Diagnostic visits for existing systems carry an $85-$95 diagnostic fee, which includes the first hour of repair work.
Every install, repair and upgrade carries a 1-year parts and labor warranty, and we guarantee a 48-hour turnaround on all warranty repairs from the date we're notified.
Yes — outlying areas like Prosser, Walla Walla, Hermiston and Pendleton are welcome. Additional trip fees may apply for locations outside our standard Tri-Cities routes.
Yes. Sprinkler Plus, LLC is licensed (SPRINPL793LB) and carries a $2 million insurance policy so our team and your property are always protected.
